Laurie took cooper on a very last minute request after we were let down by another boarding service. Cooper warmed to Laurie and her daughter instantly and we cannot thank them enough for taking such good care of him after a particularly stressful event. Laurie sent alot of updates to reassure us Cooper was getting on well. Cooper came home very happy yesterday which is a sign he had a great time!! We will never be able to thank them enough. “Can’t thank Rachel enough for walking Ruby while we were away. After booking through the app Rachel took the time to meet ruby the day before she was to walk just to get familiar and ask us questions about how she behaves and she responds. While away, we were kept updated, this was really helpful to allow us enjoy the time away without worrying. The only bad thing to say is now we are back again ruby is still watching the door expecting Rachel to come back 😂 Absolutely 10/10 would recommend Rachel.”
