“Sarah really put me at ease as a first time dog owner and first time I’ve left my dog! I got photo updates daily and my puppy returned happy and calm, and clearly has had a good and relaxed time.
He’s been there with a mixture of dogs which I think has helped massively with his socialising, under Sarah’s watchful eye.
She was able to reassure me of the care given to my small pomchi puppy.

“This was our first time using Rupert. Our Wheaton was only staying for one night. She was staying with 3 other dogs, Rupert told us she was nervous of him to start with, so instead of staying in her crate that night Rupert brought her up to his bedroom, apparently she made herself very comfortable on his bed. Next morning she was a new dog flying around the place like she owned it. Thank you so much Rupert for knowing exactly what she needed. Arty will definitely be back to you.”

“Snoopy had a ball with Ashleigh.
My dog can be abit nervous of new people, but Ashleigh was happy to meet beforehand so Snoop could meet her a few days before his booking and I've never seen my dog take to someone new so quickly, she was brilliant with him! I got regular updates, photos and videos while he was there, and I'm not 100% sure he even wanted to come home with me when I picked him up, he would have happily stayed! Highly recommended”

“Bruna accommodated a really last minute booking and was a complete professional, ensuring she learned everything about Evie before the visit. Evie can be shy but in no time Bruna shared a pupdate of her cuddling Evie so I knew all was going well! Evie had a small cry in the car when I picked her up which is always a good sign that she is sad to leave. Would absolutely recommend Bruna again! Communication was excellent.”
