After booking through the app Rachel took the time to meet ruby the day before she was to walk just to get familiar and ask us questions about how she behaves and she responds. While away, we were kept updated, this was really helpful to allow us enjoy the time away without worrying. The only bad thing to say is now we are back again ruby is still watching the door expecting Rachel to come back 😂 Absolutely 10/10 would recommend Rachel.”
