“Lisa was very friendly and helpful. She was very accommodative when we told her that we will be a bit late to collect Marco. Marco seemed to be extremely happy with her and her pets. Lisa sent us a bunch of photos of him having fun. I would highly recommend them. They take of the pets as their own.”
