“Sara minded our 9 month pup while we were away. It was our first time leaving him so we were anxious about how he'd cope. From the moment we met Sara we knew she was going to take great care of him as she was really interested in his routine and needs and we could see he was happy around her. She kept in constant contact with us to let us know how he was getting on and reassured us that despite him being initially unsettled, she was confident he'd settle, which he did. He was far less excited about seeing us on our return than we'd expected, a sure sign he was very happy in Sara's capable care. We'll definitely request Sara if we go away again!”

“Heleen took such wonderful care of our little Rolo while we were away on holidays! It is very clear that she loves animals and we felt reassured that he was in a very caring and kind pair of hands with her. Heleen sent us regular updates, photos & videos to let us know he was getting on, and took him on plenty of lovely walks. She was very responsive and helpful throughout, as well as being very thorough and conscientious in anticipating & looking after any details.
