Dog-obsessed dog minder

My name is Sara and I am a 30-year-old American living in a house the Portobello area who is a firm believer that dogs are much better than people. Not only do I have experience minding other people's dogs both in my own home or staying with them at their home, but I also have a lifetime of experience with dogs and grew up with them. Our house has a gravel back garden (enclosed by a high walls; totally safe!) and a front garden with grass. There's a little park 1 minute walk from my front door which is great spot to play fetch! The Park at St. Patrick's Cathedral, St. Kevin's Park, and the Iveagh Gardens are other parks I love to bring them for walks and plays! I'm dog-obsessed and the perfect person to give your dog round the clock attention and lovin! Back home in America, I spent my childhood, adolescence, and adulthood with 2 beautiful female Weimeraners. They were my companions on all of my adventures around town, my snuggle buddies, my jogging partners, my go-to confidants, and my best friends. Although they're both gone now, they will forever be a part of our family, and I often think about how much of an impact having dogs and their unconditional love has had in my life. With that being said, I'm so used to always having a dog or two around and I've missed that so much since I've moved to Dublin! I call it "doggy withdrawals". That's why I've taken up dog-sitting. I'm great at caring for dogs, giving them plenty of exercise (Weimeraners are super hyper so I'm used to this one!), interacting with them, and loving them. I'm that kind of girl who will just stop and pet a stranger's dog that I see walking down the street no matter how big or small they are. (Most of the time I forget to even ask first, I just get too excited!) Dogs bring so much joy into my life, and dog sitting has been a great way for me to get to have dogs around even if I don't have one of my own!
