Communication was excellent from both of them and I had lots of photographs of what Pablo was up to during the day. Their garden is amazing, lots of space for dogs to run around. “Shauna looked after our dog Bailey for a week while we were away, and I couldn’t be more grateful. From the moment we dropped him off, she treated him like one of her own — it was so reassuring to know he was in such kind and capable hands.
She sent lovely updates and photos throughout his stay, which really helped us relax and enjoy our time away, knowing he had settled in so well. It was clear Bailey was having a great time, and he came back happy, relaxed, and clearly well looked after.
