“Can’t thank Rachel enough for walking Ruby while we were away.
After booking through the app Rachel took the time to meet ruby the day before she was to walk just to get familiar and ask us questions about how she behaves and she responds.
While away, we were kept updated, this was really helpful to allow us enjoy the time away without worrying.
The only bad thing to say is now we are back again ruby is still watching the door expecting Rachel to come back 😂

“Heleen took such wonderful care of our little Rolo while we were away on holidays! It is very clear that she loves animals and we felt reassured that he was in a very caring and kind pair of hands with her. Heleen sent us regular updates, photos & videos to let us know he was getting on, and took him on plenty of lovely walks. She was very responsive and helpful throughout, as well as being very thorough and conscientious in anticipating & looking after any details.
