I’ll take care of your dog!

I am a 25 year old female from Dublin! Having grown up with dogs, I feel I have a natural affinity for them! Having worked with my own dog in pet therapy for many years I admire their companionship and believe they truly are trusted members of the family. As an active person I love to incorporate exercising and playing with dogs into my daily routine as they bring me a sense of fulfilment and unconditional love. I am a trustworthy outgoing person and would be delighted to be given the opportunity to house and walk your dogs :) As discussed in my experience, I have plenty of experience, working with, caring for and owning various breeds of dogs. As a very active person I enjoy nothing more than a long walk or a trip to the dog park with a companion. I live in a spacious house that is very pet friendly with a front and back garden. Locally there are plenty of parks and fields suitable for dogs to let off some steam! Alternatively there are many routes I enjoy walking, ending with a coffees (and maybe a puppuchino!) I have experience in owning and caring for numerous breeds of dogs, having gotten my first dog aged 6. Without a doubt this was when my love for dogs began. I thoroughly enjoy caring for all different dogs as they each have unique personalities and traits. Although some can be more challenging than others, with the right care and attention a bond can be fulfilled and nurtured. As mentioned I spent years working with training my own golden retriever to work as a pet therapy dog and thereafter he spent many years providing comfort to those in need. This type of training takes lots of time and attention. More recently I worked for 3 years as a manager in one of Dublin’s more notable pet friendly cafes. They highlight of my day was our four legged friends who visited the cafe. This was a part of their daily routine. They are highly intelligent animals who showed unwavering loyalty to our staff day in day out. I feel I have plenty of experience, working with and caring for dogs and I enjoy the challenge of learning about each of their individual personalities while caring for them. As mentioned, I have a spacious house suitable for dogs to comfortably stay. There is a front and back garden. Within walking distance are parks and fields suitable for walking dogs. Alternatively there are many walks I enjoy doing to local coffee shops and cafes! We have a busy household so there’s are often plenty of people here for plenty of rubs and pets to be given out!
