Owned dog for 10+ years and a real dog lover

I used to have a dog for 10+ years, and he was a baby to our family. My family is too sad from his pass away, they still couldn’t get another dog… I have lived in Dublin for the 11 years, unfortunately it is really hard for owning a dog as an expat. I have given all time I could to mind my friends’ dog / cat, and I have also joined some volunteering events to have some interactions with dogs… when I am walking on the street if I see a dog would always love to pet him a bit and give him some attention (ofc just when I am not disturbing others :) ). A bit more about myself: I am a chartered accountant working with EY. I live by myself in Rathmines. I love walks, outdoors and I am an early person. I work from home most of the time. I would love to have your dog at my place, keep him / her company, play with them, give hugs, take them for walk etc. I have a park nearby which is handy, the neighborhood is also very quiet and safe. I am very careful with all the small details, as I had my own dog for over ten years. I promise will keep your dog in very detailed and good care, make sure he / she is happy and safe. I would spend lots time with the dog, I will get up early to take the dog for a walk, I will have home comfortable for him / her, I will make sure there is no anything in the house that would hurt the dog, I will keep the dog company by hugging him on the coach / do something together, home is also quiet for the dog to take a nap, we will go for more walks during the day, to the parks around, I will feed the dog the amount and types of food as required. I will make sure that he / she is happy and safe. I had a dog for 10 years, he was a stray dog and only 2 weeks old when I picked him up from street. He couldn’t even walk and was hungry and sick. I kept him company by bedside for days and days, he magically recovered. Since that day he had been the son of my parents and brother of me for 10+ years. We still miss him until this day I live on Leinster road in Rathmines, very quiet neighborhood. I live by myself, the apartment is not big but south facing, warm and nice. I am close to Harold Cross Park there are normally a couple dogs there playing. I
