About Ashley
I'm a lover of everything four legged. I spend my days hanging out with my dog Tia and we would love some more pals to go on adventures with. I have a large back garden and many dog friendly walking trails near me. Dogs are family and yours will be treated as such.
I'll love your dogs like I love my own, giving them loads of attention and cuddles. I'll be with them at all times and ensure they settle in. I'll walk them in the dog friendly woods near me away from roads and keep them on lead. I will follow the feeding schedule you set out and be mindful of any dietary requirements (no sneaky treats 😉). I will be able to feed Tia and your dog separately to avoid any conflict. I'm open to all dog breeds, but cannot take puppies. They're a little too rambunctious for Tia whose pretty laid back. I've open availability with only the odd day here and there that I wouldn't be home.
I mostly have experience training and walking my own dog. She's been trained to walk off lead and waits for me to put her back on the lead if we come across people and dogs we don't know. She's free to sniff and roam in the woods, but always stays within sight. I have a lot of patience and will work with your dogs so they feel safe and comfortable with me.
I have a two storey, two bedroom home. My downstairs is one large room which is where we'll be hanging out. They can lay on the couch or a dog bed I can provide (I can also keep them off the couch to not give them any bad habits). I have a baby gate blocking the upstairs so your dogs aren't able to go up there unattended. They can sleep upstairs on their bed in my room or we can arrange a spot either in the back kitchen or living room, whichever you and your dog will be most comfortable with. I have a dog safe home with everything they could get into put away and the doors to the other rooms will be kept shut. I have a large enclosed back garden for us to play in. There is a field that borders my back garden that sometimes has horses. It is only separated by an electric fence and for the safety of your dog I would keep them on lead if they may chase the horses.
