Experience:
I have copious amounts of experience with dogs. I previously worked as a veterinary assistant for an equine vet for 2 years. We also had many dog clients and so I have a very well trained eye for any unusual behaviour or early signs of illness. I am also able to administer any necessary medications.
I am currently in third year of veterinary medicine in UCD and I absolutely love it. It was the only thing I have ever wanted to do and I couldn't believe my luck the day I got the offer!
I am also working part-time in a doggy daycare. This involves minding and playing with the dogs and managing their lunches.
At home in Mayo, we have 2 terriers named Charlie & Millie. We also have a yard of 20 horses so I am very used to handling animals of all shapes and sizes. For this reason, I love both big and small dogs so have no preference between them.
