October 2024Heleen took such wonderful care of our little Rolo while we were away on holidays! It is very clear that she loves animals and we felt reassured that he was in a very caring and kind pair of hands with her. Heleen sent us regular updates, photos & videos to let us know he was getting on, and took him on plenty of lovely walks. She was very responsive and helpful throughout, as well as being very thorough and conscientious in anticipating & looking after any details. Rolo was in great spirits when we collected him and clearly took a great shine to Heleen, which is the best endorsement you could ask for, really! 😁 We (Rolo included) are delighted to highly recommend her. 🐾

February 2024Heleen had a wonderful way with Monty. He i stantly took to her and didn't even look back when I left! His stay went really well and we would definitely ask Heleen again to mind Monty
