About Sarah
I recently opened Fermoy’s first doggy daycare centre after offering daycare from my house for a number of years. We have a wide range of dogs that attend daycare, big and small, young and old. All dogs are strictly monitored and supervised while at daycare, they are never left unattended. There is a daily routine in place, including a big lunch time nap where they all go sleep together - no crates. We stay in with them when they are sleeping.
I have limited the number of dogs that attend daycare because I want to be hands on with every dog and make sure I can give them all the love and attention they need. I do have amazing staff there to assist.
The main priority at daycare is that every dog feels safe and secure, they let their guard down and just have good old fun while making lifelong friends 😁🐶.
I also offer overnight boarding from my house, during the week days the dogs attend daycare with me, then evenings and weekends they come back to my house.
Even dogs who are not used to socialising get in brilliantly at the daycare, they very quickly learn how to communicate with other dogs resulting in their confidence growing and they start having more and more fun.
We do recommend an assessment for every dog, we will tell you if we think we are not suited for the dog and if they might prefer a smaller homely environment with only maybe one or two other dogs.
We offer a home away from home for your dog, where he /she will be loved as one of our own!
Prior to opening the daycare I was a dog groomer where I minded dogs at my house, the demand was growing too large and I decided to open the daycare so I could help more dogs.
