Hi, Nice to meet you, and thank you for your interest in us minding your dog. About us - We have a 7-year-old lively female West Highland terrier called Holly, the baby of the family🥴. We have always had dogs in our house and I am a vets daughter so I grow up around all types and sizes of animals. We are, like you not mad about the kennels, when she returned home, she was not the same for a few days, so my son Gavin decided to join Gudog in 2019. I look after dogs full time now, only small to medium small dogs. They will never be left alone and will be treated as part of the family. Since we started, we have had a hectic few years and have built up a solid repeat business. Your dog will learn to be comfortable away from his familiar surroundings and how to socialise with other dogs. We have a secure back garden where the dogs can play. We have several incredible places perfect for dog walking, especially if your dog enjoys running in the grass and puddles!! A dog always remains on a lead unless you let us know that it is safe to let them run around, and that will return to me, For those that can't be off the lead, we have a 5 and 10m lead that will give them some freedom and allow them to get lots of exercise. I plan on doing dog training courses this year, and I have pet insurance for all dogs I mind. We like to ensure that each of our Dog guests has a stress-free time, plenty of walks, treats and lots of rubs & cuddles & any other special requirements they have. We understand how important it is to know your dog is in safe hands as they are an essential family member and should be treated as such. Every dog that stays with us gets the same treatment as our dog and will be taken care of while you are away. We can send you pictures and videos if you like to receive updates. I have lots of photos of other dogs that stayed with us. You are welcome to come and visit us before you book. Please let us know if you need more information or have any questions. We recommend that you call to meet us in advance if you wish for your dogs to be minded over 3 days so we can meet you and your dog. You can do this by booking a daycare day whenever it suits you. We can only take SMALL and Medium-sized dogs who are house-trained and who are used to mixing with other dogs. It is essential to tell us in advance if your dog has any diet and personality issues, We offer overnight boarding and daycare. We are looking forward to meeting you and your special friend.
