Hi all,
I'm semi retired nowadays and live alone, well that's a lie! Since lockdown 2020 I fostered and have adopted a gentle 6 year old greyhound, Goldie. I had a home dog minding service since 2019 via Gudog but that all came to a grand halt in March 2020 and I just had to have 4-legged activity around again. Hence Goldie, who is proving very good and gentle with other dogs.
On my non-rostered days from work (two shifts a week) I have family and friends dogs over sometimes. Now the Gudog contacts are coming back, I'm happy to introduce new doggies to my lanky hound! Usually they get 3 walks a day, otherwise they lounge around and even help me or keep me company weeding the garden!
I look forward to introducing more doggies to Goldie so have a look at my calendar to see if your planned holiday ties in with my free days ...

March 2019Columba was delightful, we are very happy to have left our old lady Sandy in her care. Columba listened to all our special requirements (Sandy has some diet issues) and carried them out perfectly. We got lovely photo and video updates and could tell our Sandy was very comfortable and well looked after. We will surely leave her with Columba again if needed : ) Highly recommend !!
