Two very large gardens AKA play/sniff/running areas for large dogs - shy dogs can find shelter in the pampas grass or the trees or shrubs - adventurous dogs can run wild in the 165 foot by 40 foot gardens - happy dogs will just be happy wherever you place them! Happy walks in the Dublin foothills, food, water and lots of love. My mantra is and always has been - a dog (or, even better, dogs) are a man's best friend!
My three and a half year old (as of August 2019) Samoyed, Luka, can be playful and this should be taken into account before you book with me. I have taken dogs of all ages and he is respectful of older dogs.
House and garden details: the gardens are secured with fences and stone walls on all sides. At the back of the house, we have a concrete wall which was used, years ago, to keep the cows from wandering into the garden (it is now a horse paddock). There are two gates at the entrance to my property and these are kept firmly shut (one is a cow gate and one is a garden gate - both with latches). There are plenty of large bushes and trees to lie under and play around - see pics. All dogs are welcome to wander around the house - I can put up a safety rail if owners do not want their dogs going up the stairs.
I work from home for a company in Hamburg, so am here pretty much all of the time. I have access to a car four days of the week - on these days walks will either be in Shanganagh Park, Bray Promenade (2 kms) or Marlay Park near Ballinteer. The days I do not have access to a car, walks will be in the Kilternan area and I will show prospective dog owners the walk I take on a map I have at home.
I have had dogs all my life and am a huge lover of animals. Please note, there are no cats at my property. Any questions, please ask!
Thank you for reading my post!
