As a lifelong animal lover and certified pet care professional, I’ve built Wags and Wuffs to be a true home away from home for dogs. Unlike traditional kenneling, we focus on providing a calm, cosy and enriching environment. Here, dogs enjoy plenty of playtime, social interaction, tailored routines and lots of love and attention — just like they would at home. We’re fully insured, canine first aid trained and dedicated to each dog’s individual needs, whether that means special diets, medication or extra cuddles. Our facility is designed for dogs to relax and feel safe, with comfortable sleeping areas, secure outdoor spaces and supervised group activities to keep them stimulated and happy. At Wags and Wuffs, we know every dog is family. We take the time to get to know each guest so they settle in easily and enjoy their stay to the fullest. At Wags and Wuffs, every dog in my care is treated like one of my own. I keep my numbers small and exclusive to ensure each guest gets plenty of individual attention, playtime and rest. Dogs enjoy a mix of indoor relaxation and secure outdoor fun, enrichment activities and lots of cuddles and company throughout the day. I care for a wide range of breeds — from playful small breeds like Yorkies and Bichons to larger, gentle souls like Labradors and Retrievers. I tailor care to each dog’s personality, age and needs, whether that means extra quiet time for older dogs, energetic play for lively pups or sticking to special feeding routines and medication schedules. I’m available for both short and longer stays, as well as flexible daycare for busy owners who want peace of mind knowing their dog is safe and happy while they’re away. My priority is always your dog’s wellbeing, comfort and happiness. By keeping my guest list exclusive, I can give each dog premium, personal care in a calm, homely setting — never a crowded kennel environment. Your best friend deserves the best and that’s exactly what they’ll get at Wags and Wuffs. My love for dogs and animals has been part of my life for as long as I can remember. Growing up, my family always had dogs and other animals — they were never just pets, but true family members. We believed in giving them the very best care, from healthy food and exercise to endless love and attention. Over the years, I’ve shared my life with many beloved dogs who have now passed on. They inspired me deeply — I always struggled to find proper boarding for them that felt homely, safe and personal. Too often, kennels felt cold and crowded and I knew there had to be a better way. That’s how the idea for Wags and Wuffs began. I wanted to create a place where dogs feel secure, loved and at home — not just boarded. To give every dog what mine deserved, I gained my advanced animal care certificate and invested in learning everything I could about dog behaviour, health and wellbeing. I've also volunteered at many shelters across the world and gained valuable experience. Today, every dog who stays with me gets the same standard of premium care my own dogs had. WAGS and WOOFS is my way of honouring them — and giving other dogs the safe, happy stay they truly deserve. Our boarding barn at Wags and Wuffs is truly one-of-a-kind. Housed in a newly built, 180-square-meter shed, it’s been lovingly converted into a warm, homely space designed just for dogs. Inside, you’ll find cosy, unique hotel-style rooms, communal areas where dogs can relax on comfy couches, curl up by the fireplace, and feel completely at home. The barn is fully self-contained — with my own kitchen for preparing fresh meals, a bathroom and everything I need to stay close to the dogs at all times. This means I’m on-site from six in the morning until ten at night, giving your dogs constant supervision, care and company throughout the day. Outside, there’s an acre of secure, lush lawn where the dogs can run, play, and explore safely. Whether they want to chase a ball, socialise with friends or just nap in the sun, there’s space for every personality and energy level. Because all the facilities are under one roof, I never need to leave — your dog always has someone nearby to watch over them and keep them happy.
