About Emily
Caring for dogs has been a meaningful part of my life for many years. I’ve adopted and raised 3 rescue dogs of my own, each with their own unique personality, needs, and challenges. Through this, I’ve developed a deep understanding of patience, trust-building, and how to help dogs feel safe and loved—especially those who’ve had a rough start.
In addition to my personal experience, I’ve also fostered dogs through charities such as Dogs Trust, providing temporary homes for dogs of all breeds, sizes, and backgrounds. This has given me hands-on experience managing everything from house training and socialization to special diets and medication routines.
Whether your dog is energetic and playful or shy and sensitive, I approach every pet with care, consistency, and kindness. I’m confident handling a range of temperaments and always put the dog’s well-being first.
Dogs in my care enjoy a variety of enriching and fun activities to keep them happy, stimulated, and well-exercised. We’ll go on scenic country walks where they can stretch their legs, explore new smells, and enjoy the fresh air. I also love incorporating enrichment games like treat puzzles, sniff mats, and interactive toys to keep their minds active.
Training sessions—whether it’s practicing basic commands or reinforcing good habits—are a fun and positive part of our day. Every dog is different, so I tailor activities to suit their age, energy level, and personality. Whether it’s playtime in the garden, a quiet cuddle session, or a gentle walk for older dogs, I make sure your pet feels safe, loved, and thoroughly entertained.
