Your dog’s home away from home without the ruff stuff

I’ve had dogs my whole life, from springer spaniels and jack russells, to my current little one-year-old dachshund. I absolutely love being around dogs and know how important it is to find someone you trust when you’re leaving them behind, even just for a few days. I work from home, so I’m around most of the day. I usually go for one, sometimes two walks a day with my own dog, and any dog I’m minding would get the same attention. I’ll make sure they’re fed on time, feel comfortable in a new space, and have everything they need while you’re away. My dachshund is super friendly, playful, and great with other dogs. I trained him myself and had him house trained within two months. I know how to read dogs and understand the dos and don’ts that come with looking after them. I live in a two-bed apartment just outside the city centre. It’s a calm, quiet space that’s ideal for small or medium-sized dogs. I’m happy to mind larger dogs too, but they’re probably best suited for short stays rather than longer ones. It’s just me and my dog here, so your dog won’t have to deal with a busy household.
