Stay at Lyra’s

We’re avid dog lovers and have minded dogs of friends and family over the years. We have experience with fostering dogs from charities. We minded for Dogs for the Disabled and fostered for Cork DAWG. This would be for a few hours, overnight or even for a week or two. We have an enclosed garden with lots of space, sticks and balls. Our home has lots of space inside with comfy dog beds and couches. We’re close to all the best walks in Muckross and walk twice a day. We know quiet local walks or popular walks depending on your dogs social skills. Our Lyra is very friendly and would love company to play and bond with. She doesn’t react aggressively at all, good with nervous dogs and has a sweet nature. We both work from home mostly, so we’re around all day with them. We take them for a morning stroll for toilet and then a nice evening walk once we finish. Our weekends center around Lyra usually! We try go for big walks if we can, however if your doggy prefers shorter walks that’s okay. We thoroughly enjoy getting to know new dogs and their personalities and always an advocate of positive reinforcement. We would love the opportunity to take care of your doggy as we always appreciated when someone could mind ours when we’ve been stuck.
