Throughout Zuco's stay, Paul went above and beyond to ensure he was happy, well cared for, and comfortable. Zuco seemed to have thoroughly enjoyed himself and was in fantastic spirits when I picked him up. What I appreciated most was Paul's consistent communication; he kept me updated with regular photos and videos of Zuco, which reassured me that my furry friend was in excellent hands. I needed a very last minute minder for Our dog Oskar. Paul kindly took him to his house and Oskar had an amazing time. He kept in touch with regular videos and photos and kept me reassured all the time.
