Home away from home

We are a dog loving family of four, with two of our own doggies (Lola and Hettie) who are treated more like children than dogs. Our children are 11 and 7 and have grown up with dogs and animals throughout their life, and adore their furry companions. Any dog in the vicinity is guaranteed affection and pets from all four of us. We live in a small village just outside the seaside town of Louisburgh. Our house is a stones throw from the beach, literally across the road down a small by road. It's a gorgeous beach and behind us is a quiet back road for walks also. The house, as can be seen from the pictures is secure with a wall to the front and wire fence to the back. It's important for us that our dogs are safe and secure to play at all times when outside. All dogs who stay with us will be treated like our own and will sleep in the sitting room on the couch, although we do have a dog bed (several in fact) they are rarely used, but your dog will be welcome to make use of them if they want. Someone should! They will also be welcome to join in "the watch" from our window with our two dogs. We understand how important it is to find a trustworthy sitter for your dog when you are away, and aim to provide the home away from home to ensure you can lessen the worry and enjoy yourself when you're away.
