I'm a former lawyer turned writer, and I do a lot of petsitting through the trustedhousesitters site, where you'll find my profile and references under IrishWriter.
I own a 4 bedroom terraced house on a lovely, quiet street off South Circular Rd. (near St. Catherine's School). I have a small garden, and normally walk dogs at Eamonn Ceannt Park. Please note that I don't take unneutered dogs over 1 year of age.
I'm flexible about drop off and pick up, anytime between 7:30 am and 9:00pm. is fine. But I charge by the day, rather than by the night. So if you drop off in the morning and pick up in the evening, that's another day of care.
I lost my own Westie (at 17) and haven't gotten another dog because I like to travel from time to time; but I been minding dogs for friends and family to fill the dog gap in my life.
My Westie was blind and deaf the last two years of his life, and also had skin problems for which he took regular meds. My previous dog developed liver cancer and I managed all of his medications and injections as well.
Note: the last few photos I've posted are of my house and garden.
